I can’t believe it’s finally really happening!!!
We’re really going to Kenya…for three months…
That’s a little scary. I think the reality is finally sinking in. I’m really excited though.
We just got our fundraising letters done. They will go off tomorrow. Better late than never right?
We leave in a week and a half. The craziest thing happened the other day. We looked at a calendar for the first time in a few weeks and realized that our flights actually on Saturday June 5th. We thought the fifth was a Sunday and we were excited that we would be leaving for the airport after church. Oh well, nothing we can do about it now. It does mean that we are now leaving a day earlier than we had originally thought! Oh well…mix ups happen. I’m just glad we realized it then instead of on Sunday June 6th!
I’m off to sleep.
